New Patient Advisor for the South joins ATSL

GARETH Parker has been named as the new Patient Advisor for the South of England.

Gareth, who replaces Deema Reid, will be based in the Bristol Control Room and has a background in healthcare. 

He has previously worked as a team leader for Marie Stopes International, based in Bristol. 

During his time at Marie Stopes, Gareth has managed patient concerns and has experience of Datix, the system used to log incidents by ATSL.

He also has experience of working alongside the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Gareth will be the first point of contact for all patients who have concerns about the service provided by ATSL in the South. 

He will work closely with Mariam, Patient Advisor in the Midlands, and our team of Relationship Managers ensuring all complaints are dealt with efficiently following ATSL guidelines.

Gareth will report to Eugene Collins, Incidents and Complaints Manager.
