Patient Experience Survey

The survey will be handed to patients who use the service from Monday 22 February 2016 and the final paper or online entry must be received by 31 March 2016. 

For the second time this financial year we shall be surveying patients from across our contracts nationally at the same time to give us even more insight in to what is important to our patients. 

The patient feedback survey is managed by a company called CFEP Surveys, an independent company to Arriva Transport Solutions, with considerable experience and expertise in providing patient feedback to thousands of healthcare providers across the UK. 

The survey cards are handed out on vehicles to patients being transported and it can also be accessed using the link below.  Arriva Transport Solutions is encouraging all non-emergency patient transport users to take part.

The results of the survey will help shape the future of the non-emergency patient transport service provided by Arriva Transport Solutions.  With this information ATSL will be able to improve the service based on the experiences of patients and what matters most to them. 

Relatives, Carers and NHS staff are also encouraged to complete the survey on behalf of patients in their care.
