Quality Account for 2017/18 submitted to NHS England

WE are proud to announce that our Quality Account for 2017/18 has been submitted to NHS England.

This year’s report features a review of 2017/18 and identifies our three key priorities for the year ahead, which are: Patient Safety, Patient Experience and Effectiveness.

In addition, Ed Potter, Managing Director, also highlighted the company’s objectives for the year ahead.

They are: delight our service users; cut waste and transform our efficiency; cultivate an amazing place to work; and work hard to be a successful and sustainable business.
